The answer is Cincinnati, according to a study published in the Journal of Design.
The study found that the city’s website design is among the best, while its content is among those that fall below.
It found that cities that embrace a responsive web design style have a lower success rate in attracting visitors and generate more traffic.
“There are a lot of things that we’re trying to do that are not necessarily related to design, but are related to content,” says Jason Smith, a product manager with the Cincinnati Design Group.
“There’s this whole thing that’s about building an app, so we’re talking about how you make a website that’s going to make it more of an app experience.”
The study analyzed 2,094 city websites.
It looked at how well each site was designed to serve as a website.
That meant the sites were designed in a responsive format, which means the web content needs to be responsive to the mobile device’s screen.
In a typical website, the content is split between sections and the sections can have different sizes and fonts.
For instance, the main menu of the website would be smaller than the sub menus.
The study also looked at the types of pages that are used in the site, which included navigation, contact forms, news, and other content.
“One of the things we’re working on is that it’s about design, it’s not just about making a website,” Smith says.
“We’re trying really hard to make the content more accessible to people, and that means making it easy for people to navigate the website.”
For the study, the Cincinnati site was built with responsive design.
The website used a grid layout that would be responsive in all directions to mobile devices.
That means when the user clicks on a button, the website will load the next page in the grid layout, regardless of the device they are using.
The design also has a “navigation bar” that can be used to quickly access information.
Smith says this kind of design is a key element of the Cincinnati website design.
“It has a grid, and it’s a responsive design,” he says.
“[The website] is a mobile-friendly website, it has a responsive layout, it doesn’t have a lot [of] distractions, so it’s an incredibly user-friendly site.”
It also has the “web-friendly” feature, which includes a search bar at the top of the page and a “menu bar” at the bottom.
Those options are designed to help users navigate through the site.
In the study’s conclusion, the study notes that responsive design is important for web design.
It said that a “mobile-friendly design” means that the web site will look great on a mobile device.
The best website design to design your own is one that follows a responsive grid layout with a navigation bar, a menu bar, and a search box, says Smith.
This type of layout makes it easy to find the information that you’re looking for.
This type of design allows the website to be navigated by users who are not accustomed to the grid design, and the website is less likely to be cluttered with ads.
“We really believe that when you do a responsive website design that has all these different sizes for different screen sizes, that people will use it, because you’ll get a better user experience,” says Smith, who says this type of responsive design has the potential to be a success for many cities.
For the rest of the country, Smith says a website design should focus on using a responsive structure with a grid design and content that can easily be navigatable on a device.
